Baked to Order & Gift Wrapped
While similar in appearance to a jelly roll, our Roll Cake is unique for its numerous and fine layers, made up of thin sheets of cake alternating with a luscious fruit filling. Most traditionally, the cake is filled with a rich, melted guava paste, and then sprinkled on top with a dusting of granulated sugar. It’s regarded as such a distinctive contribution to the culture and gastronomy of Brazil that in 2008 Pernambuco officially designated it in law as a cultural legacy of the state.

“Everything is delicious! My family and I go every week mostly for brunch and lunch!!! We love it! Freshness always! You need to try pão na chapa, COXINHA (to die for), gluten free quiche, coconut tapioca and passion fruit mousse!!!! Everything is good, but those are my personal favorites! Coxinha you can’t get wrong, all family loves it!!! They also customize special baskets to be given as gift! Always a success!!! Last but not least, Patty has been doing my boys birthday cakes for the past years, another highlight point that you will not regret! See attached last cake they did it! You have to go!
